FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
The goal of the HomeLife Tutorial (HLT) is to provide affordable options as a local outreach to homeschooling families. HLT operates on a very controlled budget and an integral part of maintaining that budget is the timely receipt of all registration fees, tuition and resource fees, as well as a commitment from our families so that we can commit to our instructors for their time. In order to accomplish this, we have adopted the following tuition payment policy. This policy will be strictly adhered to and enforced by the director and board.

TUITION
Tuition is calculated per family and is billed monthly for 10 months (August-May) for the Integrated Programs unless you choose the Semester or Annual Payment Plan. If you pay your tuition in full by August 15, you will receive a 5% discount.   We divide your tuition over a full 10 months to offer the lowest monthly payment possible which means that you will have a December payment also even though students don't meet. Semester and Full program options are not discounted. Tuition for Afternoon Classes (10 week sessions) can be paid in full for the 10 week session.

NOTE: All curricula is included for the day program as well as most school supplies. Students may be asked to pick up their own copies of literature/readers and various project-related supplies or resources. Resources for afternoon classes will vary.

HomeLife Online courses are included in your monthly tuition if you would like to add some other courses to your student's schedule. HLO courses are incorporated into some of the classes as well.

A $20.00 late fee will be assessed after the 25th of the month for payments not received or that may be declined.  If an account becomes 30 days past due, students will not be allowed to attend class or participate in school activities until the past due balance is paid. A $20.00 charge will be assessed for any payments returned by the financial institution. All payments will be required in cashier's check or money order after the second returned payment.

PAYMENTS
First Tuition Payment will be drafted on August 15.  If we have not received your tuition payment by August 15, we will charge the debit/credit card we have on file.  Failure to pay the first month's tuition by September 1 may result in student(s) being removed from the class roster and placed on a waiting list until tuition is received.  This could jeopardize your student's enrollment in classes.  Your student  will not be able to begin classes until tuition is paid.

I am aware of the stated Tuition and Fees and understand that payment will be charged to my account on the 15th of each month for the Monthly Payment Plan, otherwise payment is due in full by September 1.

I understand and am aware that this is a financial commitment to HomeLife Tutorial for the entire school year, and I will be responsible for payment of the entire tuition per the guidelines above.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
Credit will be given at the end of the year for classes cancelled by HomeLife Tutorial.  No refunds will be given when a student misses classes for sickness, vacation, etc.  Students will be responsible for contacting the instructor for assignments.

CLASS SIZE
All classes require a minimum of 5 students and have a maximum of 10-12 students.

DROP POLICY
You have until August 1 to drop a class in which a student is registered.  You will receive a refund for any fees paid less the non-refundable registration fee.  After August 1, you will be responsible to meet the financial agreement for the remainder of the semester. Please see our financial agreement.  We realize that unexpected things happen in life.  Each situation is reviewed, prayed over and discussed by the Board before making final decisions regarding this financial obligation.
